Room for Growth

For our March issue, we decided to answer a question from one of our readers.

Earlier this year, Kensington resident Hannah Riotto texted us, “Where are my fellow gardeners and plant enthusiasts?” She wanted to connect with other plant lovers in the neighborhood, so we decided to step in to help.

In just a few weeks, we found people trying to start new gardens, restore old gardens, and save existing gardens facing the threat of losing their land to developers.

We also started a list of places where plant lovers convene that we hope you’ll help us grow over time.
