Why are you voting?
I just feel like Trump has done nothing but divide this country. Hopefully, Joe Biden will bring us all together again.
What presidential platform policies or issues are most important to you?
I don’t like the way [President Trump] handled the pandemic. He downplayed it. My dad’s a little older, and it’s hard for him to go out in public when half of the people feel like they don’t need to wear masks. There’s better ways [Trump] could have handled it.
As of September 1st, people receiving SNAP benefits are required to work, volunteer, or be in an employment training program a minimum of 20 hours a week in order to continue receiving assistance. If they don’t comply and aren’t exempt, their benefits will terminate December 1st.
During Tuesday’s primary, the 7th and 33rd Wards, which include Fairhill, Harrowgate, and Kensington, remained the two wards with the lowest voter turnout in Philadelphia.
